Statcomm is a Diamond Certified Company and an industry leader in Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler Systems testing, inspection, service and installations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.We are seeking a full-time, permanent Fire Alarm Systems Technician who is out-going, motivated and enthusiastic to join our fire systems service team. This position requires a person with strong diagnostics and multi-tasking capabilities.Job responsibilities to be performed with little supervision include:
• Fire alarm systems troubleshooting and repair
• Installation
• Retrofit projectsRequirements:
– Minimum 3-years full-time experience servicing and installing a variety of fire alarm
systems
– Knowledge and application of National Fire Code (NFPA-72)
– Experience troubleshooting and servicing older systems a benefit
– Able to work independently
– Strong English writing, math and computer skills
– Clean driver’s license (no more than one (1) point on record)
– Able to pass a criminal background check
– California Fire/Life Safety Certification will be required within 90 days of hire
