Hello readers, Captain Contest here again!

The winner for our first contest was Jerrid from Woodmont Real Estate Services. Congratulations, Jerrid!

But please don’t get discouraged if you didn’t win this time! Keep on reading and answering. After our 4th issue, for those of you that have successfully answered at least 3 out of the 4 questions, you’ll be entered in the drawing for our annual grand prize. This time we are sending one lucky winner plus a guest for a dinner and one night’s accommodations in beautiful Carmel-by-the Sea!

Let’s go over the rules:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to play.
  • You must be employed in some facet of property management or as a part of an HOA.
  • All entries, including additional entries as described below, must be received by January 31, 2018 to be considered valid.

Here’s a little trick to be entered more than once. Like our Facebook page and then post a little snippet about any type of encounter in your life that involved fire & life safety. From putting out a fire in the trash can to struggling with a beeping smoke detector, from lighthearted and funny to serious, we want to hear your stories! Each person who has been playing the newsletter contest and posts on our FB page will receive an additional entry for the grand prize.

Good luck and have fun!

This issue’s question:
