The contest is held four times a year coinciding with the publication of our newsletter.

Who can enter?

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to play.
  • You must be employed in some facet of property management or as a member of an HOA.

Contests. If you did not get a chance to enter in any of the previous contests then in the final issue there will be a chance to answer past questions. You must have answered 3 out of  the 4 questions in the newsletters correctly, then you are automatically added to the prize drawing. The grand prize winner will be announced on our Facebook page and in the January 2019 newsletter.
