The contest is held four times a year coinciding with the publication of our newsletter.
Who can enter?
- You must be 18 years of age or older to play.
- You must be employed in some facet of property management or as a member of an HOA.
- Anyone who subscribes to our newsletter
The Grand Prize – Dinner and one night stay for 2 in beautiful Carmel by the Sea. Grand Prize winner will be announced in the Statcomm Spotlight publication January 2019. The participant must have entered/ participated in all 4 Capt. Contests. If you did not get a chance to enter in any of the previous contests then in the final issue there will be a chance to answer past questions. You must have answered 3 out of the 4 questions in the newsletters correctly, then you are automatically added to the prize drawing. The grand prize winner will be announced on our Facebook page and in the January 2019 newsletter.

They can range from putting out a fire, to struggling with a beeping smoke detector. They can be lighthearted and funny or serious.
